SAUDADE yoga mats are handwoven with upcycled cotton leftovers, which enables the circulation of earth natural energy.

Our yoga mats are easy to carry thanks to the gifted SAUDADE shoulder strap. They will accompany you everywhere, even to the beach.

All Grip No Slip

A natural rubber, extracted from a tree in Northern Portugal, is applied manually to the mat, ensuring a smooth practice.

Machine washable

You can wash the yoga mat in cold water and add a few drops of essential oils for an even more holistic practice. Dry in the shade.

Imperfections

All our products are handmade and each one is unique. The shape and colors may differ slightly from the photos.

Good to know: In India, yoga was practiced on textile fibre mats to promote the transfer of natural energies.
